1. Check clothes for stains daily and remove them as soon as possible.
Hang the uniforms in a spacious place and fasten zippers and buttons to help them keep their shape.

2. All garments should be washed frequently following the care instructions given on the label.
Dark and bright colours should always be washed separately from whites ones.

3. In case of organic spots or of very dirty garments, pre-wash with cold water, and, if necessary, add some products containing active oxygen to the normal detergent. If bloodstains are washed directly at high temperatures, they coagulate inside the fibres and then get indelible.
Avoid using "spot-removing-products" since they may create holes, if necessary substitute them with normal soap.

4. Perfectly dissolve detergents into water.
Add a softener to the water.

5. Avoid concentrated or liquid detergents, which have been conceived to clean in a short time at low temperatures. They are very corrosive and rapidly spoil the fabric.

6. Bleaching may be done from time to time or, if strictly necessary, as a disinfectant. Do it only by rinsing with a dilution of 0,5%.
Higher bleach concentrations make the fibre turn yellow, weaken and spoil the resistance of the fabric. In no case spill products containing hypochlorite
directly on the garment.

7. Avoid tumble drying.
This treatment reaches a temperature higher than 1000 C, therefore the cotton will shrink.
If absolutely necessary interrupt the drying cycle thereby leaving the garments slightly moist.

8. For a normal maintenance, 60° C is the ideal temperature. Hotter temperatures do not clean the garments better, but weaken the resistance of the fibres.
All the fabrics are "sanforised' that is to say, treated not to shrink.
In spite of this when washed at high temperatures (90°C), the fabric may shrink or extend 2 cm per metre (International rules concerning the sanforisation of fabric).

9. Drying hang the wet garment and fasten zippers and buttons.

10. Ironing: iron the garment with steam on the wrong side first and then on the right side until the moisture has gone.
Hang and air before storing.

11. You may sterilise our garments with products that contain Methyl 4 chlorphenol/Phenylphenol or in an autoclave at 121° C.

Since high temperatures cause shrinkage, we may provide you with some fabric samples for your own testing.

12. We do not guarantee garments given to cleaning services.
