‘What happens after I place an order?’
We process the order and confirm that the requested sizes are correct in order to avoid any mistakes in shipping. Once the sizes are verified the order is dispatched.

‘If I make an order
how long will it take to receive it?’
The items in the classic collection are usually in stock and are dispatched in approximately 7 days unless otherwise indicated. The items from the Renomá, Camouflage, Comfort and Crystal collections and other special requests that are made to order require 30 days to arrive.

‘Who pays for the shipping?’
We believe the cost of shipping should be separated from the cost of the merchandise. This way the customer knows exactly what the garment is costing them. Then the customer can choose the method of shipping and its corresponding expense according to their time constraints.

‘How do I pay for the merchandise?’
You can pay by credit card, debit card, bank transfer or C.O.D.(paid for upon delivery)

‘If I don’t like what i´ve ordered
can I exchange it or return it?’
As long as it hasn’t been worn, modified, embroidered, altered or washed any item can be exchanged or returned within ten days of purchase, If the shipment is incorrect due to our negligence the client will be reimbursed for the shipping expenses and receive the exchange or credit. The return shipping costs will not be reimbursed if the return or exchange is due to general dissatisfaction with the chosen item(s)

‘Is there an outlet
or a shop that I can go to?’
Unfortunately there is no outlet in Italy where selection and purchasing can be done, it is necessary to go through our commercial representatives. At our headquarters we only take care of production. However, our doors are open to anyone who would like to visit our facilities. Outside of Italy there are stores that stock Pastelli products. For information on these store locations please contact us.
