Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations
Requirement 9.1.1.1: Some non-text content presented to the user does not have an equivalent textual alternative that serves the same purpose; for some non-text content, the alternative text may be missing, redundant, or insufficient.
Requirement 9.1.3.5: The purpose of some form fields may not be correctly identifiable by assistive technologies.
Requirement 9.1.4.11: For some essential components, even in different states, the color contrast with adjacent elements does not meet the 3:1 ratio.
Requirement 9.1.4.13: In some cases, when mouse pointer hover or keyboard focus make content visible and hidden, there is no mechanism to dismiss the additional content without moving the mouse pointer or keyboard focus; the pointer cannot be moved over additional content without it disappearing, or the additional content remains visible until the hover or focus event is removed, the user dismisses it, or its information is no longer valid, except for some permitted exceptions.
Requirement 9.2.1.1: Some interactive elements may not be reachable and/or usable via keyboard.
Requirement 9.2.4.1: A mechanism to skip repeated blocks of content across multiple web pages is missing.
Requirement 9.2.4.3: On some web pages that can be navigated sequentially and where the navigation order affects their meaning and functionality, some objects that could receive focus do not receive it in an order that preserves their sense and operability.

Requirement 9.3.3.1: Some form fields may not be highlighted when an error occurs.
Requirement 9.3.3.2: Some required or disabled form fields may not be indicated as such to assistive technologies.
Requirement 9.4.1.2: In some cases, user interface components (including form elements, links, and script-generated components) have incorrect or unset names, roles, states, properties, and values, or users and their assistive technologies are not notified when these change.
Requirement 9.4.1.3: In some cases, status messages are not presented to the user in a way that assistive technologies can interpret without requiring focus to be moved.
